Talk to a Real Person

A question the FAQ cannot answer, a bug that keeps coming back, a report follow-up — reach the Camsurf support team directly and hear back from a human.

Most answers are already one click away in the help center. But sometimes the FAQ does not cover your exact situation — a charge you do not recognise, a connection problem that will not go away, something you simply need to explain to a human. This page is for those moments.

  • Email support
  • 1–2 business days
  • Real humans, no ticket bots

Email us — a real person reads every message

The direct line to Camsurf support is a single email address: support[at]camsurf.cc.

support[at]camsurf.cc — copy it into your mail app and replace [at] with @. No contact form, no ticket number, no queue robot. Write in plain English and we reply within one to two business days.

The address is shown this way on purpose rather than as a clickable link: it keeps the inbox readable for people and harder for spam scrapers to flood. A smaller, cleaner inbox is how a small team can actually read everything.

Pick the fastest route for your issue

Most questions are solved faster by a page we already wrote than by any email — so check which of these three fits before you start typing.

  • Trouble using Camsurf — matching, connection, login or coins: start with the help center, which walks through the most common fixes step by step.
  • Safety concerns or reporting another user: the safety center explains reporting, blocking and moderation. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first — no support inbox moves faster than they do.
  • Business, press or partnerships: email the address above and put “Business” in the subject line, so it lands with the right person on the first try.

Not sure which one fits? Send the email anyway. Worst case, we point you to the right page ourselves.

Behind every reply is a person who uses the product — contact Camsurf support and you get an answer, not an auto-responder.

What to include so we can fix it in one reply

A complete first email saves you a round trip. Four things make the difference:

  • Your account ID, or the email you signed up with. Never your password — we will never ask for it, in any context.
  • What happened, and when. “The video froze three times around 9pm on Tuesday” gets fixed; “it does not work” starts a guessing game.
  • Your device and browser — for example, “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows laptop, Chrome”. Matching and camera issues are often device-specific.
  • A screenshot or screen recording if you can capture one. It answers questions we have not asked yet.

No account yet, so no ID to quote? That is fine for most questions — and the how it works page shows where your ID lives once you create one.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I contact Camsurf support?

Email support[at]camsurf.cc — copy the address into your mail app and replace [at] with @. A real person reads every message and replies within one to two business days.

I reported another user. Do I also need to send an email?

No. An in-app report reaches the moderation team with the call context already attached, which is exactly what they need. Email only if you have follow-up information that did not fit in the report.

Can I get help with coins or a payment question?

Yes. Email the support address with your account ID and the approximate time of the charge, and never include card numbers or passwords. Billing questions go to the same team, with the same one-to-two-business-day reply window.
